Wendy Dascoli | Web Services Manager
Wendy Dascoli is an IT professional with more than 16 years of experience in the comprehension and implementation of Web and other information technologies. Her past and current roles include graphic artist, software and database developer, IT department manager, project manager and coffee shop owner. Wendy has worked for IBM, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the National Institute for Environmental and Health Sciences (NIEHS). She has a broad educational background in art, philosophy, psychology, computer science and instructional design.
Billy Hylton | Senior Web Designer
With more than eight years of professional experience, Billy combines a passion for simplicity, ease-of-use and strategic thinking with an understanding that meeting client goals is what it’s all about. Prior to joining ITS Communications, Billy worked in the creative hotbed of Austin, Texas. He was employed by a technology startup and Callaway Golf Interactive, and consulted a diverse spectrum of clients from Shell Oil to Texas Monthly Magazine.
Andy Smith | Senior Web Developer
Andy’s experience in Web and multimedia development began in the late 1990s by way of print and graphic design. His experiences in both the corporate and academic settings have given him a unique ability to communicate the development process, terminology and technology to his clients. Andy’s interests include intuitive user interface design and site architecture, with particular focus on putting the “human” touch on the skeleton of functionality. He came to ITS from Duke University, where he was involved in migrating Duke School of Medicine and Duke Health System Web sites to a common brand and content management system.
Laura Golding | Quality Assurance Analyst
Laura Golding joins us most recently from GlaxoSmithKline where she worked as a Web project manager. As a former business- and Web-applications developer and quality assurance manager, her knowledge is based on eight years in corporate industries ranging from telecommunications to marketing & advertising.
Laura originally hails from Minnesota, but she has also lived in Germany, Austria, Colorado and Florida. Her interests include obstacle course racing and global travel.
Susan Rea | Web Designer
Susan has over eight years of experience working closely with clients to determine the best strategy for each project. She enjoys creating user-friendly design solutions while adapting to client input throughout the design process. Susan’s background includes print and web design in corporate and academic settings. Prior to joining ITS Communications, Susan worked at GlaxoSmithKline, IBM, and most recently at the UNC School of Medicine where she was involved in the design and development of the new web site content management system.
